A future mixed-use development located in the hub of Market Street that consists of two thoughtfully designed buildings.
Wang Brothers LLC is working with Bumgardner Architects, a local award-winning architectural firm, to design a project with place-making attributes that connect with the adjacent mix of new and heritage buildings.
Project Information
Ballard Hub will occupy an 18,901 square foot parcel that fronts both NW Market Street and NW 56th Street. The parcel is divided by a 10-foot wide alley.
Due to the alley, the project consists of two separate buildings that will be designed to complement each other.
Although the City of Seattle has assigned two project numbers for SDCI tracking purposes, the project is being designed as one residential development. Although early in the design process, the aim of this website is to collect both community feedback and design considerations.
